Welcome to the USS Arctic!/center>
Space...the final frontier...and the abyss. The Terran arctic is a a frozen, inhospitable tundra designed to test the mettle of anyone that dares to venture into it. The Arctic is a test for those who dare to take on the challenge and would dare to stare down the abyss. But remember to take care that you do not become a monster yourself.

Seems you don't care that I haven't put out the official award nomination policy yet cause some of you are already using that function/system!
Just to make sure that all nominations come in, I'll leave it open for another couple days and then close out the November award nominations on the 6th of December.
If you feel the desire to nominate another player during that time, please do so through the award nominations menu on the right side. Please write a paragraph or two discussing why you are nominating that character/player for the award.
All level one awards are up on the site with a brief description of what the award is for - except one level one award.
Anybody that wants to nominate for a level two (TF approval needed) award, please don't hesitate to send those to me in a PM.
I'll have the award nomination policy up as soon as I can - which includes the monthly Crew Choice award nominations to be completed by ALL crew the last week of every month.

Ok we are at the end of day two (posts to be wrapped up), Day three will begin with the warp drive being repaired and a few more tampered gel-packs are found, the new CO will start his role as the Dawnstar also drops off some other necessities as well. We will along with the Dawnstar begin the investigation of the most recent massacre. For those I've contacted about the center of this mystery we will not be crossing the line of fantasy but biology and evolution, but there will be a degree of gore and violent content, I hope we can keep it within our current ratings but I have no intent of going over the edge, I have in fact toned down some of this content from a version I had written in the past; since we will arrive after the latest incident so this will start off as a CSI type moment. Questions are welcome, encouraged and if unasked frowned upon, to paraphrase my late grandfather.

So the final numbers for November are 49 total posts. I think this puts us in possible contention for some kind of posting award, I'm going to go over the criteria for certain awards, I think this crew needs some acknowledgement.
